While being developers originally brought John and Charles together, over the years, we have completed projects on behalf of developers, agents, and wealth managers, including both one-off builds and multi-unit developments for sale or let. These projects now form a large part of our business.

We have clients who prefer to passively invest, and for them, we source projects within specific budgets or locations and manage everything from concept to post-sale. Additionally, we have clients who handle their own project sourcing and specifications before bringing the project to us to complete the build phase. We then return it to them for the post-build phase.

We carry out these projects in various ways, ranging from management fees and profit shares to cost-plus and performance bonuses, all tailored to meet the project and client’s requirements. For our remote clients, we provide photo-based progress reports. Throughout the process, we work alongside our partner architectural, accounting, and legal practices, making property investment as hands-off as you desire.
