For our New Build/Self Build Clients our message is: “Choose a RIBA ‘Project’ Architect, an FMB Builder and get a Detailed Quotation” – there is so much that can be addressed in the design stage that makes the build itself a much easier proposition and supported by our HBXL Pricing Software, we give good indicative costings early in the process which can help drive the project forward.
Our New Homes experience is wide, from a New House on a New Plot, to a Replacement Dwelling to Church Conversion, Flat Sub-Divisions and everything in between, we have had the privilege of bringing to homes to a range of happy customers.
Previously we’ve working with BuildZone, LABC and various Architects/Surveyors providing ‘Professional Consultant Certificates’ for the projects but since joining the Federation of Mater Builders we have been recommending utilising their ‘Council of Mortgage Lenders Approved’ 10-Year New Home Structural Warranty
Since working with ARNI Architecture on major contract administration, we now really champion the ‘project architect’ approach to our clients, how it works is that for a small project administration fee, the client pays the contract monies to ARNI’s Client Account [a separate account, just like a solicitor] and they then release funds from photo-based site valuation visits. This reduces stress so much through the chain that we can not recommend it as a preferred choice enough.
